Twin City Pharmacy, a family owned business was started in 1972 with brothers, Ralph and Thomas Cassio.  Over the years, the family business grew with the addition of Sandy (Cassio) Severini, Thomas Cassio Jr., and William Ashnault, RPh.  In 2006, ownership was transitioned to Sandy (Cassio) Severini, Thomas Cassio Jr., and William Ashnault, RPh.

When you walk into the pharmacy you are always greeted with friendly faces.  That is why we take our motto, “Today’s Modern Pharmacy with Old Fashioned Values,” very seriously.  We take special orders for just about anything, so if you can’t find what you are looking for, just ask one of our employees.

To become a more modern pharmacy, we have expanded our products and services to provide more comprehensive medical care.  This includes Durable Medical Equipment (DME), ostomy care, respiratory care including oxygen service, feeding equipment and supplies, surgical & wound care, orthopedics, incontinence care and regional hospice services.
